Wellbeing Wisdom is Balance.edu’s first brain child. It is a personalized journal that focuses on improving people’s emotional wellbeing and productivity through writing. This journal is a mindful and creative effort of Balance.edu’s founder. Through Wellbeing Wisdom, we aim to introduce a great way of emotional regulation and self-reflection, and planning. This journal motivates the audience to write, reflect and regulate. The Wellbeing Wisdom is divided in four integral sections: Self-reflection, Mindfulness, Goal setting and a Weekly Planner. These four sections are arranged in a series thorough a thoughtful process of first exploring the self, then practicing mindfulness and finally thinking deeply about goals and planning to achieve them. The final section is for people to plan their to-do lists effectively. Through Wellbeing Wisdom’s carefully curated prompts, we aim to bring clarity and focus so people can regulate their emotions, stay present and set short term and long term goals. This scientifically backed journal guides readers to explore themselves deeply and connect more intentionally with their inner world and surroundings. We really hope that Wellbeing Wisdom brings peace and clarity to people who write and reflect.
